Over there on the right, click the Login button. That will pop up a box that has a "Sign Up" link to register. Enter all your info into the registration form, and then click the Sign Up button at the bottom of the registration form. Required fields are marked with a star. You may have to interact with the Captcha challenge after clicking the Sign Up button.
After doing the above, you'll next receive an email containing a link you need to click or copy/paste into your web browser address box. Doing that confirms you're a human and that you entered a valid email address. If you don't receive that email, please check your SPAM folder. Some email services don't like the way these websites send emails. Going to that link will make the site send the Webmaster a message so they know you just registered and can approve your account. Once your account is approved, you can log in using the same Login button you clicked to register. Enter the username and password you chose during registration. If you ever forget your username, don't sweat it. You can alternatively log in with your email address too!
If you ever forget your password, you can reset it and have a temporary new one sent to your email address. To do this, click the Login button again, then click on Forgot Login? (right above Sign Up) and follow the steps.
